What kind of bra should i get?

hi,
i'm a 32 b. everyone says push-ups are the best, but i mainly wear t-shirts. sometimes v-necks.
i'm very conservative in my looks (i'm 17), and i hate showing off my body. i was thinking maybe a full coverage padded bra..? are those nice? i don't want a bra that will make my boobs look bigger and in your face. what's a demi cup then? i'm clueless about bras. until puberty recently hit i didn't even need one. ugg. please help. thanks

T shirt bras are great. Smooth lines so they don't show seams under T shirts, thicker material so the nipples don't show through, but not padded enough to make you bigger. You can get them either under-wired or non wired. They mostly come in black, white or nude colour. The link below is to Marks and Spencer, but most supermarkets and department stores sell them.

  Wireless t-shirt bras come in v-neck styles, padded, etc. and do not show under shirts. They're flattering, but pretty much invisible. I think those would be best for you.
  
  Demi cups mean "half a cup." They're not my favorite.
• I think a plunge bra would suit you, it's not too padded, unlink pushups.
  Don't ever get full padded bras, they are really fake. And they have cute plubges like at jcp, target, victoria secrets, etc. Good luck XD
