Breakaway: i respect the fact that u speak your mind but vomiting everything u eat does not work. ive been doing that 4 the past 4 months and ive actually gained weight.

Whatever you do dont vomit after every meal, youll be living the model life (the bad side) before you even become one! If you really need to then diet and exercise. Eat healthy food and lots of salad and fruit. Exercise every morning and go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
Good luck. Just remeber not to let anyone get to you and belive that you look perfect. If its your mind thats drinving you to try and get a models body, just remember not to pressure your self and dont let anyone else pressure you.

what do you want a models body for when you have got your own?
but if you just want to loose weight then just choose a sencible diet
dont cut anything out of your diet just eat it all in proportion.
if you cut things out you will loose weight fast but when u eat them again you will put the weight on realy fast and it will be harder to remove
also DONT GET A 6 PAC CAUSE THATS NOT SEXY - Models bodies all look so unhealthy. If i were you id go with a more athletic body like Jessica Biel, Jennie Finch. They are very healthy attractive good looking people. Just work out your arms so they get toned and run so you can loose the extra body fat you dont need. Core strengthen will help as well. =)
- drink tons of water , fast alot. your body can go months without food but not water so drink up! also throw up! yep that helps, drink green tea to **** and **** alot seriously...after every meal, ****, then throwup. also drinking energy drinks will help u forget about eating because you are so hyper. i learned red bull helps that
- Eat healthy foods, and exercise. Jog like at least 10 times around the block, tone up with weights, do sit-ups, do yoga, boxing, swimming, walking, dancing , anything to keep your body moving.
