I NEED HELP!!!! IS THIS HOT???!!!?

Do you think this is a 'hot' dress to wear for a 16 year old who isn't fat lol?
And I need to know how to accesorize it and what shoes to wear with it if you can (UK shops preferably)

I'm 16 and i know loads of my friends would wear it :).
So would i :)
Maybe some black peep-toe shoes?
A few simple black and pink bracelets.
Maybe have your hair half up half down, in a bouffant type of style :).

• I would say it would look a little tarty and too old on a 16 yr old. Just my opinion but it is very easy these days to give out the wrong message by what you wear, (which is other peoples problem really) but at only 16 it can cause problems for you.
