  I always use it, NEVER chips.
  The best brand if nails varnish and the colours are GORGEOUS!, My favourite is the neon orange ;D
• Rimmel 60 seconds seems to work best with me.
  
  I use one layer of it and when it is dry use a topcoat of clear Rimmel.
