• Maybe some white eyeliner for the 'scars', and some of those fake cut stickers for actual 'cuts'. Or you could use fake blood.
• get some brown eye liner and make lines and some fakeblood for effect :)
• cut your arms
• get some red food colouring & apply with a matchstick!
