in plenty of interests yes. Country fans like black hair on fair skinned girls with blue eyes especially. Gothic fans tend to lean more towards the palest skin with green eyes or violet eyes, Black hair on pale flesh is also favored by the alternate/emo type of people, especially with dark eyes. Its a classic mix.
For some guys, yes. Yes it is quite attractive. Very much so...
As you can probably tell, I personally like the look.
But it also depends on the individual girl. Some girls can't pull the look off.
To be absolutely honest, if you posted a pic or something, we could give you our opinions. But without it we can only assume.
Megan Fox or Katy Perry "light" looks good
but if you are really light like Nicole Kidman or Kirsten Dunst, it looks odd
