How much do underwear models get paided, what are the requirements?

It depends on how good you are at it, there is no set wage. =/ Then you need to be have a small waist & large boobs, not like glamour model large just bigger than average. Remember you have to FILL the bra. XD
Then you need to be confident, not just because you have to basically sit there in your underwear but also because you need to look confident in the pictures. Remeber you are selling sexy to these women, if you look good it'll make them want to buy it more.
Then the rest is like all other types of model; good skin, good hair, good facial features etc.
