I heard that petroleum (gas, petrol) helps hair and nail growth, but take care and what ever you do don't smoke!!!!!!!!

• Not sure if there's anything you can do.
  In the meantime, why don't you use an eyebrow pencil/shadow?
  They are brilliant once you get the right shade.
• you need to massage the hair folicules!!
• Put olive oil on them every night..
