Do guys actually like painted nails on girls: guys only please?

In my opinion I thought guys wouldn't like painted nails like bright pink or blue or something because it looks fussy and preppy. Do guys like it when girls have nail varnish on and if so what colours do you not like on girls or like? Or is it just a 'whatever' point?

Though I'm not a guy I have had a boyfriend for 2 years. He actually likes it when I paint my nails (especially when they're a cute color or design). If you do it right they think it's cute.

Though some guys could really care less. It just depends on the guy

• Well painted nails (without being all diamond studded and bling bling blingy are fab.... I even once know a girl with the ultimate pierced nail like JPG did in the early nineties. fierce. Just dont have chipped varnish... makes you look trashy. And rouge noire only if you are mature enough, or exceptionally stunning, otherwise you look like a wannabe. but as you might guess this is the camp response.
• Well lets see, you got one so called dude who thinks they are "just fab" and another who thinks it is cunning.... I am sure they both like their BF's nails painted. Now lemme tell you what a real man thinks... WHO FKIN CARES!!!! If you think for one second that a dude gives a rats azz about your nails you have a lot to learn, Here is what you do... come monday go ahead and make your nails a new color and wear em for the day. At the end of the day, put your hands in your pockets and ask any guy what color they are. They will not know & will not care! Men do not care about nails, makeup (other then stop wearing the chit) or the clothes you wear. THAT IS WHY WE CHEAT CUZ YOU WONT SHUT UP ABOUT YOUR NAILS!!!

• With or without I'm not really bothered but I do think it's a cunning idea for the women to varnish their nails so that the dirt underneath don't show......
• i dont really like nail polish/paint/whatever all that much but if u do wear it it should be something subtle like black or white... nothing that sticks out
