I just got told I look Italian (in the face)..

Well, I don't know where they got that idea from then lol because I'm probably the complete opposite.

Not really. I've lived in Italy, and people there can look quite diverse.
The person might have meant your coloring -- people associate dark hair and olive skin with Italians -- or perhaps you have a "Roman nose," but there are blonde Italians, redheaded Italians, blue-eyed and green-eyed Italians, and plenty of Italians whose noses are nothing out of the ordinary.
Just so you know, however: the British Isles have experienced much immigration over the centuries, not just recently. Italians have settled there, and don't forget the Roman conquest and occupation. You could certainly have Italian ancestry, no matter what you look like.

I'm english too and I get mistaken for being Asian or Mediterraneo. - Dark eyes, sallow skin and dark hair are all traits of the Mediterranean appearance.
